Our program is designed to provide our participants with the Physical literacy skills to be ACTIVE FOR LIFE. We focus on the first 3 stages of Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD): Active Start, Fundamentals and Learn to train (AGES 1 -12 years old).
Our curriculum focuses on learning the 12 fundamental movement skills every kid should be able to perform for any sport they want to participate in:
Balancing, running, jumping, catching, hopping, throwing, galloping, skipping, leaping and kicking
Definition of Physical Literacy:

Program Details
$175 for 12 sessions. 6-7pm. June 2nd – August 19th. Ages 6-12 years old. Bring a friend and get $15 off registration fee. You can select from 2 dates: tuesdays or Wednesdays
Tuesdays or Wednesdays: 6-7pm at Youth For Christ Gym. 254 Adelaide St south. Maximum 10 participants.
